When USAC has questions about your application (and they will), we respond on your behalf. We serve as your primary contact for all Program Integrity Assurance (PIA) reviews.
Discount and Reimbursement Management
We help you get paid. Whether through discounted billing or BEAR reimbursements, we make sure you receive the full value of your E-Rate award on time.
Audit Support
If USAC or the FCC audits your E-Rate filings, we are prepared. We maintain organized records and respond to audit inquiries on your behalf. This is something many other consultants do not do.
Ongoing Compliance Support
Rules change. Deadlines shift. New requirements pop up. We stay on top of all of it and keep you in compliance throughout the entire funding year and beyond.
Document Retention
Federal rules require you to keep all E-Rate records for 10 years. We maintain and protect your documentation for the entire retention period so it’s always accessible. During a Universal Service Administrative Company audit, failure to provide required records can result in funding being returned—we make sure you’re prepared.
How We Charge
We charge a percentage of the E-Rate funding you receive. The exact percentage depends on your district's size and history with the program.
